JvCrib (“JvCrib”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit all JvCrib-owned websites and domains, including learndora.com, clkbank.com, and learndora.net; use our mobile applications; or use our other products and services that contain an authorized link to this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Services”).   1. By entering into your account profile, you may modify your user preferences if you are a JvCrib customer.
  2. If you are a JvCrib client, you may opt-out by logging into your “frequent customer” account. By entering your order number on the website, you can opt out if you don’t have a “regular customer” account.
  3. Your opt-out will not apply to personal data that was already shared with third parties before you exercised your opt-out right.
  • External Monitoring

Although we have no control over the collection or use of your information by third parties to offer interest-based advertising or other tailored content, a subset of these third parties may allow you to opt-out of such collection and use. You can opt-out of getting targeted adverts from Network Advertising Initiative members by visiting http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices.

  1. Obtaining and Modifying Your Data You can review and alter your personal information if you are a JvCrib client by login into your account and amending it through your account or sending an email to privacy@jvcrib.com.

If you are a JvCrib client, you may request your data by emailing privacy@jvcrib.com.

If we feel that the proposed change will violate any laws or legal requirements or result in erroneous data, we reserve the right to reject the modification.

  1. YOUR CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO PRIVACY
